Listening to GPD tonight on my scanner and I am hearing a conversation between a car and a mecic. I can only hear the one side of the conversation, the car. There must be a missing frequency in the TGRP. I tried to do a 800 MHz search on my PRO-106 but I could not find anything. Any clue?

I don't know the GRE scanners like I know the Unidens but it sounds like you don't have it setup as a rebanded system. Entering all the channels is usually not necessary as the control channel will tune the radio to the correct frequency based on the channel number. The channel numbers match up to the correct frequencies based on the band plan that has been entered for the system. Check your programming and ensure it is set for a rebanded band plan.

You should be able to click Load Rebanded Table and it should fill in the tables, then after saving your file you can upload it to your scanner. I don't use that software, but, it looks like that is what it should do using that function.

Maybe with that software the blank space is a 0, so I could be wrong here, if so, I hope someone corrects me, and I didn't cause you any problems.

I don't know, that's why I asked you to check the bandplan, the software I use puts the numbers in. Like I said maybe that software see the blank spaces as 0's.
There are problems with that band plan. There should be no frequencies that are 848 and there are too many blanks (or zeros)

If the software generated that bandplan, I would be careful about any other system you created with it. Perhaps check for newer version of it.

What part of my reply in your old thread did you not understand? That would help in getting your system working correctly. You need to know how to edit a bandplan either in the software or in the radio itself.
Perhaps you can delete the existing bandplan and use the software to create a new one.
You shouldn't open up a different thread if you have a followup that is so close to the original posted question.

what receiver are you working with??
I think jerry is working with a uniden as they require 2 entries.the radio shacks require

Greenwich System Rebanding - Driving Me Nuts!

I have not found a successful rebanding table for my RS PRO-106. I have tried every table in the book:

NONE OF THESE ARE WORKING! I am missing some transmissions on each table.
There must be a solution! I don't know what to do anymore. It is driving me nuts. Can anybody help? How can I make my own rebanding table?
Here is the system I'm playing with:
Greenwich (Motorola Type-II) Trunking System, Greenwich, Connecticut - Scanner Frequencies
Maybe one of you guys are nice enough to make a raw table for me. Thanks for all the help, I just want to scan once and for all!
