I can personally verify that the Ch. 9 TA channel is in use (as I have heard Troopers in Troop B use it on the GSP [at a major motor vehicle collision]) and I heard it in use in Long Branch/Eatontown one morning on my way to work last year. I've also heard them use the 4-Comm GSP channel (when the TRS goes into Failsoft mode) and C6-15 GSP HQ at the PNC bank and other assignments.

Thanks, great info, they have to be using something other then C-15 and C16 when there in speed trap mode. I wouldn't be shocked if there is other Freq's in use to.
I have seen where some medics carry FRS radios to talk to there partner from the Medic Unit to the ambulance giving orders and other instructions.
