Guide for urrent DSD+ Fastlane to listen to DMR or NXDN48 trunk sites

In the old days I used to listen to DSD+ fastlane setup with VB audio cables to listen to DMR and NXDN48 sites.

It's been so long, the last time I did so was when I still had Windows 7 and DSD+ 2.212
Now I'm on a new computer with the latest DSD+ and I don't remember how to setup DSD+ to follow and listen to DMR and NXDN48 sites.

Do any guides exist?
I tried searching the forum but I got overwhelmed.

I have AirSpy R2
RTL-SDR dongles
Nooelec dongle

Just don't remember how to set it up.
I'm not looking to be spoon fed, but if you could be kind enough to point me to a guide or discussion, as I can't find it.

Notes.txt file, "using DSD+with supported devices" or words to that effect.

Most trunk tracking requires entry of site frequency records in DSDplus.frequencies file. Exceptions are P25 trunks and DFA NEXEDGE/TIII systems.
