FWIW, my old DOS box running ETrunker has seen the first 5 LCNs on 3 District as control channels at one time or another, and it's been running off and on for nearly 10 years.

I don't monitor 2 or 3 Districts very often, but every once in a while the 1 District CC will change and sometimes get as high as LCN 4 or 5 too. At one time is was a regular thing (daily if memory serves w-a-y back when). It was annoying finding the Mototola stuff for Peel, Toronto and Hamilton so steady in configuration and the Halton EDACS system jumping all over the place. I got used to listening for the data burst followed by no voices to remind me to manually change the one radio to the new data freq.

I hear you. You occasionally see the C/C switch on the above mentioned systems but in Halton they change often enough. The system itself with all its patches (and computer use) is PITA anyway and not half as much fun to follow on unitrunker as Moto systems are with Andy's program.
