HAM AND GMRS QUESTION

first of all i want to apologize ahead of time since i couldn't find where to post one of these questions.
i am trying to get more info on ham in Uruguay (ie obtaining the license i cant seem to find anything... if anyone has any info or can provide their experience in obtaining it.
i am also trying to find the equivalent to gmrs in Uruguay... if anyone has any leads it would also be greatly appreciated

The GMRS radio service is specific to the USA. Uruguay may or may not have an equivalent radio service. You would need to contact Urguayan authorities to verify.
