Without knowing any of the frequencies you can receive (the ham bands covers a wide spectrum) or your local PD system, there is no way to answer this question. If you are a licensed ham,you should be able to figure out the answer fairly quickly. My guess is the chances are very slim unless it is a small department that has not moved to a P25 or other digital system.

As you look at the database entries for Sussex County, any service with a FM or FMN in the mode column, you should be able to hear on your Yeasu!!!!!

Have fun programming and listening....and of course with ham radio....
