Hamden PD

Hamden PD (460.025) switched over to the Scan Channel 1 (460.150) this morning, temporarily I assume. Could they be making a change to P25 and maybe even encr.? Or maybe their radios are just down on 460.025. Time will tell....

couple years ago I had a friend that applied for the PD and I was asking him about if they're gonna upgrade their radios and he said yes they were planning to go P25 and possibly encrypted

Back on 460.025.. sounds "normal" so far...
