While monitoring Hanover County's EDACS system tonight I noticed I was missing some of the comms. I have a BC296d and when I looked at the display I could tell something was going on so I checked the FCC web site and there has been two new Freqs added to their current call sign of WNSM906. I don't have the capability to decode the control channel so I don't know what LCN they are. Any help on this sure would be appreciated. The new Freqs are 857.1375 and 858.1375.

It appears the two frequencies you identified (857.1375 and 858.1375) are the new "9" and "10" respectively in the LCN. I will submit these changes to the database.

Are the old LCN 9 and 10 eliminated from the trunked system, or have they been assigned new LCNs?

It appears that they have been eliminated completely. A few hours on Unitrunker have not yielded any new LCN's, such as 11 or 12. After peeking at the wiki, 860.4625 and 860.7125 (the old 9 & 10) fall in the expansion band after for rebanding. Perhaps it is related?
