Anyone have any tips are trying to set up an SDR with Harford County's Fire Departments? Not sure if I am just out of range or if im having other issues with my Trunk Recorder setup trying to get their freq on FIRST. Thanks!

Yup, Harford's 800 MHz resources were merged into CMARC and that system hosts Harford's public safety users.

All county ops are on CMARC. Note the talkgroups for harford fire and county services are only heard on Harfords cell. You will not hear them on the baltimore and howard/Carroll sites even if a subscriber is affiliated to one of those talkgroups on the other sites.
