Harlan County (Frequency 460.375)

Does anyone know what 460.375 is used for now in Harlan County? I am getting RAN 2 on this frequency. It tones out and said something about an address in Evarts, but I couldn't hear exactly what it was for. I do know it is listed as:

Harlan SO

Sheriff

But that is listed as analog on the database, so I am just wondering what it's used for now?

Could be a conventional fire knock out channel. They still do it in Louisville
