The purpose of this poll is to determine the number of users who monitor/listen to Hartford Fire on 154.310.
In the old days when Berkshire County dispatch was in Great Barrington (the old "470"), on the overnights, after Hartford did their radio check, some of the overnight guys (one who I am related to) would call to Hartford to confirm the radio check in Berkshire County, which they would acknowledge. 154.3100 was a very busy frequency in New England at one time. Between Berkshires, Hartford, Clinton, Everett, Warwick, and the statewide use in Maine, it could be interesting to monitor on a good receiver.Often at night in the Southern Berkshires, we’d pick up Hartford Fire on our Minitors since there’s no PL. Especially towards towards the Otis and Sandisfield area
Don't forget Brockton!
