I have SO MANY of their antennas in service on monitor radios, pager bases and some fire and aviation radios in the field.
I ordered one semi-custom job during their 4th of july sale, and aside from getting a tracking number that never shipped, its been complete radio silence from them.
I sent one request for an update about 2 weeks after the tracking number, nothing.
I sent a second request for an update today, and i'm going to look up their phone number if i dont hear from them by friday.
I've NEVER had an issue with them on any order in the past, so this is weird.
Like, i expected some delay in shipping after a major sale, plus my specific order (118-128 airband with NMO base) wasnt exactly something they would normally stock, but a month later is kind of ridiculous.
