Have Ottawa County and Kalamazoo County fire channels stopped their analog services? My scanners (996p2, 325p2, 15x) can no longer seem to pick anything up from either county except for local stuff. Van Buren and Barry Counties still come in fine, but Ottawa and Kalamazoo are silent. Yes, I have their QKs activated, and nothing is wrong with the antennas. I haven't changed the programming either. It's been a week since I last heard Ottawa County, and I think a couple of months since I last heard anything from Kalamazoo County.

Ottawa VHF is still there till next year
Ottawa has moved everything to a P25 simulcast digital system. Police went encrypted earlier this year, but pretty much everything else is in the open. 70FSOUTH and 70FNORTH are still patched to the VHF towers for fire pagers. Your 996p2 & 325p2 should be able to be reprogrammed to the digital system, but you may run into issues because of Simulcast Distortion
