I noticed that Hazard PD is listed as fully encrypted on the database on a frequency of 155.415. However, I have been hearing P25 traffic on that channel (with the matching NAC 002) a lot tonight. That being said, I live in Bell County, so I am not receiving it too strongly. It sounds like how the KSP sounds when you aren't receiving it strongly. However, it's coming through with traffic, but--once again--it is weak. So, my question is, is it possible that the hazard PD is only partially encrypted. I think it is, but I am not 100% sure due to the fact that it is hard to make out what's being said when I receive it on my scanner. Plus, I don't have a lot of experience with encryption. So, thanks in advance for the help!
