OP25 Headless OP25 Mobile/Handheld scanner with Oled Screen

Can someone please explain in detail how can I build a OP25 "scanner" headless and with only an oled screen to display just the basic info?.

I have looked everywhere on the internet and could only find 1 person on YouTube that has accomplished it Here, but the person just does not answer any questions or responds to comments anymore. Other than Youtube, there is this other user here on Radio Reference that figured it out In this forum and made a Github repository about it here but it's sort of confusing and not very straight forward in my opinion.

This is a question which probably has been asked here a couple of times but I'm not sure if anyone has a simple answer or maybe even a full in-depth tutorial they could guide me to.

Any help or pointers would be highly appreciated

Forgot to add that I already have OP25 setup and running with a touchscreen and a modified version of the web interface
