Has anyone else monitored them?
I was traveling from pikeville (Rt 23) to Hazard (Rt. 80) today.
I passed two of them while I was going to Hazardl and coming back from Hazard.
Problaly the same ones.
I heard them a good eight miles before I met them on the four lane.
Interesting they are down near the Ham band.
