A friend heard this on 164.8875. I know that SS 'Oscar' is this something that has been heard. Sorry for the format but he recorded it on his cellfone. Well RR won't let me upload it. I'll see if I can convert it. It's AMR.

If I did the math right, I assumed a 10.7 and also also a 10.8 IF frequency which could be 154.09 or 154.19 rounded up in the fire department part of the VHF high band.
