Tried updating the database using the sentinel software now no matter what I do the card can't be used in scanner it states use sentinel to clear user data. I have cleared then tried then cleared and wrote database etc card won't work I also tried a new card

My solution was weird.. Windows couldn't read either card so I erased both cards as ms dos fat on my mac. Put it in a reader and cleared it with sentinel on a PC. Loaded database as presto
