Help getting ScannerCast started

Hello! I'm brand new to this site. I am trying to get a feed for CSX's CE&D sub running but have stumbled upon a problem. I downloaded ScannerCast(sc rr v014.zip) software then copied all the files to the "ScannerCast" folder I created. Next I went into the ScannerCast folder and double clicked on the "ScannerCast.exe" file(black speaker) to start the process. Next thing I get is a window that says "Application Error:The application failed to initialize properly." How do we get past this problem?
I'm running WindowsXP Professional on an IBM machine.
Any suggestions welcomed.

Did you install the .net framework?

Well....I scrolled down the setup page and I see I need to install .net framework. I'll take it from there and see how it goes. This is on the ATCS server computer so it has next to nothing installed on it to begin with, just the basics. Also noticed the FAQ link.

Well, I have it up and running now. Actually it was quite easy.
