Install issues with ScannerCast

I currently have my feed up & running on my Windows Vista computer. This is my primary computer & I was trying to move my feed to a different Windows XP computer that I have. When I download the ScannerCast files & click on the little black speaker I just get a error message & it will not do anything. The error message is:

ScannerCast.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) Click on OK to terminate the application.

I did copy the files & NO I am not trying to open the file fro within the Zip file.

Any ideas?

I have not seen a reply from you re my second e-mail asking if you have the current .NET framework installed as this message would seam to indicate not.
