Help Identify this Antenna

Can anyone help me identify this antenna base? I think is an older C.B. antenna. It is all aluminum with 5 telescoping sections and 3 ground radials. Overall length is about 20 feet.

Looks like one of the old base CB antennas my buddy had in the 1980's. Pretty sure his was a Radio Shack. No idea what brand that is.

Looks similar to a Hy-Gain CLR2 which was 19ft 10in long with three short wires on top as a capacity hat. Radio Shack had a similar model but I think the plastic was grey. Or maybe the Hy-Gain was grey and the RS was black, I forget.
