Hoping someone has the answer as to how to program Vancouver area E-Comm NGRP / CREST HRO Multizone System ?

BCD436HP, all upgrades done and latest BUTEL software as well.

I do not have the scanner that you have so I can not help you with programming. I am not sure why you want to program it. Every user on that system, except for the radio techs, are full time encrypted. This also includes the interop talk groups.
