Roy brings up a good point, if you're running that computer through a router, you'll need to do 2 things.
1. configure the computer for a static ip. Give it a static ip that works with your router.
2. go into the router configuration and set port forwarding to that static ip you assigned to the computer and open up port 80 for tcp.
