Help with feed low audio

I have a Uniden 996xt I use for my feed. it has a mix of P25 Conventional and MOSWIN trunked p25. The problem is my P25 conventional audio is low but the MOSWIN system is nice and loud. I trying to figure out how to make the P25 Conventional channels louder. I have turned on AGC and turned the Volume offset to 3+ seems like it did no good. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Well you got put them in a mode FM or NFM.

In programing on 996XT. channels need to be set to Audio Type > Digital Only, Mod > Auto, for Conventional P25
