Help with local scanning

Hmmm... something definitely isn't right then... you should have all or at least most of those. For my area, every service type is available to turn off and on.

If you want, I can make up a programming file for your county for you to try out. That's all I can think to try.

That would be great if you could do that, not sure I will know how to get it on but I am willing to try, I am stuck in the house for at least another 6 weeks with my foot in a cast so I thought this would be a good time to try and figure this thing out

I would recommend directly programming these systems into the scanner, just in case you are missing something trying to scan a specific location from the national database. You stated that you have Sentinel; there are private software programs available that may be more user friendly. You can find demonstration videos on YouTube that succinctly demonstrate how to directly program systems in the scanner.

I have been watching youtube on the sentinel but it is confusing for this old man, I will look for some other software, any recommendations ?

I can't attach sentinel files here on the forums, so if you want, send me a DM with your email and I'll make one up for you this evening and send it your way.

You can import the file onto your copy of sentinel and then you can export it to your radio.
