I just purchased a BCD996T and the ARC 996 Software. I'm a Premium Subscriber here at RR. I'm not new to scanning, but trunking is foreign to me, except for what I've learned reading on here.
I'm trying to program the MIRS system into my scanner using the ARC software and the RR database. I've uploaded everything word for word, checked it twice and three times, and yet still.....I hear NOTHING!
I'm sure there is some simple, logical thing I'm doing wrong, but anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!
