Help with Pa game commision

Is the game commision encrypted or did I screw my scanner up…also any help to reprogram game commission for my area only….ne quardrant…please just answer without criticism..thanks

Pro tip for you: talkgroups ID'ed as mode "TE" systemwide are fully encrypted. Each Game Commission region has a clear & an encrypted dispatch talkgroup and various encrypted tac talkgroups

Game Comm is mostly encrypted.
Whiskey3, we hit the button at the same time, however I like your reply much better!

The PGC cut over to their encrypted "Dispatch 2" talkgroups back in February. There is almost no activity in the clear anymore.
