Help With Riverside Ohio Polce/Fire/EMS

I am trying to program my scanner (BCD396XT) TRUNKTRACKER IV for the following:
Riverside Ohio Police and Fire
Beavercreek Ohio Police and Fire

Since the cutover to the new Ohio MARCS system, I cannot get reception for Riverside Ohio PD/Fire. I know that Huber Heights actually dispatches them and I have added Huber into my scanner.

Has anyone had any luck with this? Any pointers? Frequency lists? I can factory reset the scanner if needed. Are there setting I have to turn on or off on the scanner to get reception of these dispatches/traffic?

My current freq file is attached.

I am using ART-XT Ver 2.1 Build 5 and I am a subscriber to Radioreference which is where I am getting the downloads.

Maybe I am not selecting the correct items from Radioreference?

The file is in a zipped (compressed format). You have to unzip it to use it. Se the attached file. It has a screen shot of Montgomery County and the HH selections.

Well did you install those 2 sites as a trunk system and add the TGs?
