I recently had to purchase a new computer. Its a windows 7 64 bit system. Im trying to load the Scanner Live software with no luck. The sofware starts to load and gets about 3/4 of the way through but I then get this error message-Application cannot be started notify the vendor. Ive tried turing off the firewall with no luck. Any ideas out there?

Sounds like you are installing the 32 bit version. Install the 64 bit.
Thankx for the responce. I did download the 64 bit version but I keep getting the error message the the application cannot start. I also tried to run in compatibility mode. No luck!!
Got it working. It looks like I tried to install this earlier and maybe did the 32 bit version and when I treied again today it maybe was conflicting. I uninstalled both versions and reinsatalled with no problems. This is really a great program here in Cleveland because CPD and CFD and EMS are on a system that no scanner can monitor!!

There are at least 2 Cleveland feeds here. Apparently someone has a scanner which can receive them.
