Once you create a favorites list, click on the favorites list name in the left pane and then the green + sign to add a system. It will be a P25 Standard system.

Ok I was able to get frequencies now and I added the new six they are in the Sentinel software but when I add them to the sdcard or update it nothing shows up under my FBG favorites list on the scanner there is nothing so I am obvious doing something wrong. Do I have to give it a specific site name or something else. I am new to this Uniden setup I wish I still had my Whistler scanner lol

Before you write the fav list to the HP-2...
Make sure that Download and Monitor are set to On in Sentinel's Profile settings for that Fav list...
If your not sure how to get to Edit Profile... Look at the picture in post #14...

They are on and I get the name of my favorite list on scanner but there is nothing in there and when I tell it to load it says it loads then I get all channels in range have been avoided message. There are no voids and the range is good so I don't know.

Is it set to monitor the full database? If so, turn that off...

Yes I turned that off and just had it monitor my favorites same thing. Thanks for responding.

If you manually created your Favorites list and it;s system (which it seems that you did), you need to either add the location details for any sites and departments if you want to use location control on that list. Otherwise, just turn off location control for that list. As long as you have the list set both to be downloaded, as well as monitored, then it will be scanned.
I turned it off and on with the load full database checked and unchecked nothing

I just tried that and it don't let me just scan those 5 frequencies that are in the database but there is a sixth one now that is not on Radio Reference that know about here in my area. When try to scan just my favorites list it says frequencies are out of range and I have location control off.
Yes but they are not working and there is a new frequency 770.94375c that one carries the Law in my area. I need to add it and can't.
I'm going to load it into my HP-2... Even though I'm not in your area to see how it scans...

Remove the "c".
It scans fine... Obviously I'm not going to here anything though...
Yeah I did remove the c yeah it scans fine I just don't pick up anything because I need to add the new frequency.
Yes I know it does cause the frequencies are in the database but my problem is I need to add one more and trying to do it by way of favorites list does not work for me. I need to add just one extra frequency 770.94375c without the c added. I tried to just add the frequencies and the one extra cause law here is now using that frequency. I created a favorite list with the 5 from the database and the 1 extra and it will not run just those give me the range error I posted. You can select full data base or with favorite list. I have ran just the favorite list I get error message about range as I posted. When I select full database I get the LCRA like you show and nothing comes in no more the law. Fire and EMS still work. The law is on that extra frequency that I can't add.
