NAC's don't have licenses...frequencies do. Also the NAC is 29A, not 29Ah. The h is silent, it simply denotes hexadecimal on Uniden scanners.

T&K is a trunked system but has to be analog trunked not sure what type of system it is but there license show trunked

Why do you think it's trunked? The license shows one input, one output.
T&K could be a possibility although the license class (YG) appears to be for LTR trunking but they could be using that channel for a conventional community repeater.Here's one, South of you.
