although unconfirmed, there is an extremely high likelihood that the below data (copied last night) is the replacement for the analog trunk in Hernando County. System appears to be in the initial testing phase with endless loops of registration/de-registrations (no voice calls noted)

I wonder when this will go live? Was there any talkgroups popping up? I'm sure they'll have a recording playing sounds like someone telling a story out of a book make sure the coverage has no dead spots in the county.
I’m in hernando and picking up the p25 no audio. I did get the p25 data info.

Last week saw the samething when I was on i75. I didn't hear no voices either.

Went through the area on 471 and got 1 tg 8031 *TDMA and 1 word was said
Passed through today, got all the system info, and have submitted it to the Database

Hearing test type activity on TGs 1001 and 2011. Heard clear voice on 1001 and the tail end of a key-up on 2011 (no voice).

Seems like the old Hernando 800 system went silent for FD - police just doing random checks. Any updates on the Switch to P25 ? Any word on encryption ?
New system went live Tuesday May 14th 2024 around 6:30 am. Law enforcement will be encrypted. Fire Rescue will not be encrypted.

Other than saying I concur. Dispatcher heard a few time's in the clear. Goodbye my favorite monitoring source. I've moved on to civ/mil air, and friggin' boat's. I think I'll take up watching paint dry. YAWN,NAP TIME. And this is how it's become across the nation,USING OUR TAX $ .
system appears to be coming to life....
I drove by Hernando County last week and was hearing the old system guessing being patched same time.

Not being argumentative,just factual. I am proficient in programming my radio. Unless I'm missing something, I am Not hearing fire-rescue traffic on the new system. In this instance a Bcd325P .
It’s there. I was listening to it earlier on a couple dongles. Everything is in the open so far. The general consensus is that the LEO end will be encrypted at some point.
I've upgraded to a 996P2, and added it to my feed for Hernando County. The old 800mhz system is just repeating the LEO portion of the new 700mhz feed, so it made no sense to keep both. Any input from anyone listening is always welcome
