No advantage in using HEX

Just use what's in the DEC Column.

They are equivalent

The Windows calculator that appear in many Windows release but now is one of two hidden in some recent Windows releases will also do this (without accessing the web). One clicks on the Calculator icon. Selects "Programmer" in "View". Then select "Hex" or "Dec", enter your number, and then "Dec" or "Hex" that you want. In MS-Excel (and some other programs) HEX2DEC(...) and DEC2HEX(...) will also do this.
