High Speed chase and 963

Just caught the end of a high speed chase by MCSO that ended in a "963," (fatal auto accident). Couldn't get much detail but heard them set up "Germann command" and close off the road, calling for an investigator. Not sure if this was the motorcycle rider who had just comitted a crime ("going in excess of 110 mph") they were chasing earlier or not. They later reported that the wrecker was removing the vehicle and didn't say what type it was.

Either way, another instance of a moron thinking they can get away with something by puttling the rest of us at risk.

Seems that DPS was also involved as a DPS supervisor was just asking for dispo on the units assigned to the 963. Still haven't heard the exact location. I assume if the command was called "Germann command" it had to be somewhere between Rittenhouse Rd. and I-10 as that is the extent of Germann Rd. as far as I know.
