When a multi-county agency such as the Tennessee Valley Radio system or the OH MARCS has a change that affects only one county (in TN for instance, Roane County) can the highlighting be programmed to only highlight that county?

Second, if it is a statewide change (e.g. TEMA Operations) could an icon be added "statewide"?

I can't speak to the future and what features Lindsay might change or add, but I'll briefly explain why it's not currently possible.

Trunked systems are assigned to one or more counties as a whole. This means that any change to the system, no matter how minor, is going to trigger the "updated" flag for all counties the system is assigned to.

Talkgroup categories are not assigned to counties, so there is no way for the system to determine what counties should show update highlighting when a change is made.

In order for the update flag to be "smart" when determining what county/counties to highlight, the ability to assign talkgroup categories to one or more counties would need to be implemented.

That's minor. The US DOD system modifications will light up counties that are 1000s of miles away from the actual affected area.
