Hit Counters - PRO-106

The hit counter on my PRO-106 is failing to add incremental hits to some VHF objects, but is working correctly on others. I have reset the memory (and then uploaded my saved data back to the radio) but this has not resolved the problem. As far as I can tell, the radio is working correctly on trunked objects. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with their GRE/PRO-106 radio?

Have you changed any of the "Expert Settings"? Possibly a change to one of those settings might interfere with the hit counter??

Hit Counters

Thanks for the suggestion. I reviewed the VHF objects that are functioning properly and the ones that are not...both have identical "Expert Settings."

I imagine few people use or pay close attention to the hit counter when turned on. Possibly you found a bug in the software that no one else has ever noticed.

It's strange that the hit counter would work great on some objects and not so on others. I wonder what makes the difference?
