Hi everyone sorry for all the questions, my son has a Home Patrol 2 what we would like to know is how do we unlock the race teams and the customs also how do we set up a favorites list on this scanner ? THANKS FOR EVERYONES HELP ON THIS and with my BCD436HP.

Race and Custom Service Types are there for you to use in your own Favorites Lists...they aren't in the main database. To make a Favorites List using Sentinel software, check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECOUceSdVCo
