I received my home pro programed for wash dc and cannot receive anything.
Can I program it using my computer like I did my other scanners. when I input other zip codes outside of dc it keeps giving the same frequencies. DC changed to non digital so it sucks.

The "programed for" seems to rarely work. First, make sure it even has your zip code set. It wouldn't be the first I've seen that was wrong.

Then learn how to update the DB and do it yourself.

A common "preprogramming" is to set the unit to scan only from a Favorites List that has been set up for you. I'd recommend you set the unit to scan from the Main database, and try your zip code, again.
