I would have expected a Torontonian to say 31 Division or whatever Division it was in.

I figured 3 District in York Region but wasn't sure what Durham calls their areas.

But I'm just a hick from the sticks and anything south of Hwy 9 is "The City".

I have noticed that TPS is using conv freq 861.93750 110.9 PL TPS 3HQ Headquarters - Ch. 3 or 857.23750 110.9 PL TPSA5-SIMP-3 3 District - Simplex with 32/33 div, 31 div excluded.
