How Do I Post Something On The Fourms?

I am new to radio reference and where can I go to post a question on the fourms?

Depends on what you want to ask a question about.
If it relates to local freqs, then go to that states forum and ask it there.
If it relates to a brand of scanner, go to that forum that deals with that brand of scanner.
If it is a generalized question about scanning itself, then ask it in the "General" section on the forum.

Stop and think about your question and ask yourself the best place you would think it would go, if someone else has a better suggestion they will tell you where to ask it.
