Verify that you are logged into the RadioReference website by looking at the top of the screen to see if it says your Username [LOGOUT]. If it doesn't and only says LOGIN, then go ahead and log in.
Once you have done so, go to the Premium Subscription Information Page. You can reach it by clicking the link or by manually navigating there. To get there, click on your username above followed by the Renew Now button under the Account Type section on the right side of the screen.
