PSR-800 Upgrade Information

I've neglected upgrading my dusty PSR-800 for a long time now and finally want to do it.

Any link I've tried that I have found in here ends up being dead.

Is Whistler still doing the upgrade? If so, where can I find that information so I can pay for it and mail it to them?

Not that I am aware of. It took a few eMails and a couple of weeks before Goliad replied to my inquiry. Patience is a requirement.
