How do I program Arkansas State Troopers Troop L into my BCD396T.

I will be doing this manualy for now until I can figure out how to use the PC.

Im really lost with this new scanner of mine, im used to just putting in a freq. and its done. This trunking has me all messed up.

Quick Setup for ASP

Download the free program bcTool (bctool.org) and then join the bcTool group on Yahoo Groups. There you will find in the FILES section the files you need to install ASP Troop L as well as the other 11 Troops. It will be for the 996T, but will convert to the 396T very nicely.

There is tons of support there as well.

I have gone there and downloaded the program and joined the group.

However I cant find the file i need. Is it named something else?

My mistake. I put them in the ArkansasScanning group. I thought they were in both, but decided that they needed to be just in the Arkansas group.
