In the RV I have a analog TV with a dtv converter box hooked up and its working alright with the dtv plugged in. Now I want to also hook up a dvd and a vhs player up to the tv also so I can watch movies during the time the soaps are on.

Thats like 4 machines total hooked up and it seems like a total wired jungle now! How do you connect all of this where it will actually work? Any links or advice would be great!

Also a few people suggested I upgrade to a newer tv or at least something where the dvd and vhs is all built into one but I like my old style sony built tv . Its about 15 yrs old but its a sony and it still works good.

Go to walmart and get a Phillips Video switch box.
They have a few types, you should have no trouble picking out what you need just by keeping track of what the various boxes put out.

This is easy...just connect your vcr to the video/audio in rca plugs in the rear of your dtv converter and the dvd to line in plugs on the vcr so that you use your aux. input.

There should be a diagram included showing various options? Such as ; are you using a cable amp? dvd/vcr combo or separate units? etc.
