I have alot of frequencies for my area that have not been posted or submitted to the Db as of yet, However I am not sure how much is too much info most of it is business frequencies. Although alot of the frequencies are not confirmed by me according to some of the sites that i have gotten my info from and doing searches by frequencies has the names or people who own or did own the frequencies. But as things can change I cant confirm about 70 to 80% of the info I got however the frequencies work and the pl or dcs's are active too. So the question should I submit this info? Post some of it here? Or just stick with the Police and Ucan stuff and just keep that updated?

Ideas Comments?

Thanks

I'd suggest that you take a look at some of the other cities and see how they handle non-trunking freqs. I noticed that several other cities do have an assortment of business's in their lists. The PL's are an important part of any listing. That's where I get lazy with the lists I have. With Salt Lake being a tourist location, I would guess that business's dealing with that trade would be welcome. Hotels, Taxi's, Ski Resorts, ect. Try submitting some and see what the Moderator says.

You'll want to submit confirmed information. Unidentified submissions aren't very useful. If you see a entry in the database that is vague or incorrect and what you have is more accurate - please sent it in!

I would say if it is confirmed, put it in the DB...

If it is not confirmed and it would make a good project to research, you could follow the process outlined HERE.

If you want to just post your list as a general "FYI her's my stuff" I would probably just start up a new thread and then we can take to to individual threads as needed...

Personally I would like to see more business stuff in the DB. Public Safety is nice and all but there is a bunch more out there...

enosjones has a special situation because he is down in the Emery and Carbon County area. That makes it a little difficult to make a project for the rest of us to help with, but he should make a thread that conforms to what we have laid out so that we have documentation.
