Kenwood: How to calibrate & zero beat without signal marker TS 520X

Hi there.... i've just owned a vintage Kenwood TS 520X from my colleague, have a problem to zero beat.
i;ve checked inside the rig there are no signal marker module in it.
Please someone assist me how to calibrate and zero beat without using signal marker

The Kenwood TS-520 has an internal crystal calibrator that generates markers. As with nearly all receivers, the calibration can be checked against WWV transmissions. The procedures to do this are explained in Sections 4.4 and 4.5 of the TS-520 manual, available from many Internet sources.

Just make sure you have a good and strong signal,or you might have to do the calibration over.....
