How to download?

I've upgrade my membership (paid), I go to the map and click the state of WA and than I select the county of Pierce. I click the download button but it takes me to the 3 Easy Steps to Download page (Programming Your Scanner With the Web service). How do I download the CSV file?

If you want to get a csv file, click on the Reports button on the left hand side.
