SDS100/SDS200: How To Enable SDS100/200 Display To Show Noise & D-Error

I am aware that to display "Noise" and "D-Error" it must be enabled. However I am still at a loss on where to do it.
I've looked in Sentinel and see display options, but from there I am at a loss.
Any help with a step by step instruction would be greatly appreciated.

Pick one of the fields in the display customizer (CTRL-3 in Sentinel) and change its function to the one you want. Usually, this would be in a detail display, but even in simple mode you could change one of the fewer fields to show what you want.

With your assistance, my problem is now solved. I had no problem getting into the custom display. I wanted to customize the detail trunk. From the display screen I had System/Network ID in two locations. I selected the one to change and then found the pull down menu next to the option item. I selected the option and saved it.
