DSDPlus How to use DSDPlus

Not sure how to use the DSDPlus. I have a scanner BC 780 with a discriminator tap. When connected to my lap top, I get no information on the screen or it shows the NAC number but no other information. Do I need a digital scanner with the discriminator tap for it to work? Also doesn't show any information for DMR or NXDN when searching frequencies. Thanks

Buying an RTL-SDR off Amazon would be the easiest and quickest way to dip your feet into DSD+ especially if you bought the lifetime FASTLANE license

What version are you using? The scanner does not have to be digital. Seeing the NAC indicates you're at least getting some decode. Try looking at the Source Audio Window to see if you're getting a clearly-defined wave form:



Check your Windows sound settings and adjust the mic / line-in volume. Also check the DOS-style console windows and see if you're getting a lot of errors. Find an actual control channel to tune to rather than voice channels and see if you're getting a good quality decode.
