I have set my 250d for opp fleetnet, in the post to program your radio it says to tweak your radio, put the it in nfm mode. After setting up my banks for trunking i can not find an option to change it from fm to nfm. If someone can help i would be most appreciative.

If you use any software (butel or uniden) it is pretty easy.
If not and u are going by hand:

choose:
Menu
scan option
conventional, pick your frequency and choose NFM from the options.
Its tedious but it can be done
